By booking a trip, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. They outline, among other things, the cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability.
It is strongly recommend that you purchase travel protection.
Reservations and payments.
A deposit of 15% of the sale price is required to secure your reservation.
Payment of your deposit indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Final payment for all trips must be paid in full at least 91 days prior to departure. Reservations will be canceled if final payment is not received by the due date and cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellations and refunds
If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing. Cancellation refunds are calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.
Processing fee: there is a nonrefundable fee of 4% of the sale price plus 10 euros per person for each cancellation. This low fee reflects only the cost of administering a reservation, and is not intended to be punitive. We realize the majority of those who cancel the reservations do so out of necessity (personal emergencies, etc).

Please note that there are no refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
Limitations of liability
Our company cannot be held liable for any transport delay, itinerary change or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, vehicle immobilisation due to mechanical or driver issues, traffic, road closures, police requests, train or flight delays…) or in the case of force majeure (strike, weather conditions,…).
Litigation, laws, & jurisdictions
In the event of a dispute, the traveler and the provider will first seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. The provision of the service falls under French law. Legal disputes will be dealt with by the Dijon law courts.
