Based in the upper part of Santenay, this estate’s holdings span 5 different villages in the Côte de Beaune. Certified organic, the very first baby steps toward working in harmony with nature began in 1989. Nowadays, 5th generation winegrower Simon Chapelle takes pride in adding to the knowledge and tradition of his family’s organic winegrowing practices.
