The fief of the Giboulot estate is Savigny-les-Beaune where he produces five Premier Crus and has holdings in a couple of plots in the villages of Pommard and Beaune. Jean-Michel was an early convert in Burgundy to organic winemaking. His wines show pure expressions of the terroirs whence they orginate.
